We are seeking a reliable and compassionate NDIS Cleaner to assist with housekeeping and cleaning tasks for participants within the disability services sector. As an NDIS Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. You will work closely with NDIS participants, their families, carers, and support workers to meet individual needs and preferences while maintaining high standards of cleanlines

  • Perform regular cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitising of all living spaces, to ensure a hygienic and tidy home environment.
  • Ensure surfaces are regularly disinfected and assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding clothes as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in bedrooms and bathrooms, including sanitising surfaces, changing bed linens, and ensuring bathrooms are clean and safe to use.
  • Support participants in maintaining their independence by providing a clean and organised environment, enabling them to live comfortably and safely.
  • Work with clients, their families, carers, and support workers to establish cleaning routines and schedules that meet the participant’s preferences and needs.
  • Interact with clients and their families in a respectful, caring, and empathetic manner, ensuring privacy and dignity are upheld at all times.



Previous experience in domestic cleaning, with a preference for experience working with NDIS participants or within the disability services sector.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage compassionately and respectfully with clients.

Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings as required.

A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are required.

Current Australian Police clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

An understanding of and commitment to upholding relevant health and safety regulations.
